Once you sign up you will receive an email with all of the information for what we need from you (guest list, contact infomation, date, etc.), and we will provide you with the information that you will want to put on your invitations!
You can invite as many guests as you would like, we have no minimum or maximum amount. Our affordable fee is only $1 per invite/household so it fits right into your budget without all of the stress and hassle of dealing with those little R.S.V.P. cards. Not to mention you will save on postage and will not have to buy envelopes for them to send anything back to you. Let us relieve you of all of that stress.
You will pay when you sign up for our services.
We will provide you with a final list a week before you need your final numbers for your caterer/event planner. We cannot guarantee that every guest that R.S.V.P.'d yes will be in attendance however we will remind them of the importance of committing to their response (other than emergencies of course).
Yes you can look at your list, however we encourage you not to. This is because we want to take care of it for you-remember this is to make it as STRESS FREE as possible for you. We will provide you with a list one week before your final numbers are due to your caterer in the event that there is anyone that we could not reach.

We do not recommend that you leave anyone off of our R.S.V.P. list. It makes it confusing for you when it comes time to give your final numbers to the caterer. Will it really be worth saving a couple dollars and forgetting to add in those people and end up running out of food?
Yes! This is an awesome service that we provide. A live person will call your guest and/or email them to get their response for you.
We will attempt to call them at least 3 times for you, and will leave messages when applicable (ie: their mailbox is not full). We will also try to contact them via email 3 times (if provided).
We will be contacting all guests via phone and/or email that have not responded within a week of the date you send us. We will provide you with your final numbers so there's no need to do reminder calls.
Unfortunately the fee in non-refundable, however as a courtesy to you if you cancel within two weeks of your event we will contact all of your guests via email (if emails have been provided) for you to let them know of the cancelled event.
